What will your donation do?
As a small company, your donation is the difference between not the quality of the art we can make, but whether we can make art at all. 80% of our annual budget goes directly to the artists that create your experience - singers, directors, musicians, conductors, set, lighting and costume designers, choreographers, dancers and countless other collaborative partners who are essential to our mission and the quality of our work. The other 20% of our annual budget goes to the "trappings" - rehearsal and performance venues; performing rights; costumes, sets and props; scores ... you know... the non-essentials ;)
Your support is crucial to Journey North’s efforts to cover production expenses. A gift of $100 could help us cover the tuning of the rehearsal piano, while a mid-size gift of $1000 would help us pay for performers’ stipends. We welcome gifts of $5,000, $10,000, or more that would allow us to not only pay for current production costs, but also enable Journey North to continue to share exciting new works with the Twin Cities community in seasons to come.
